Our dried fruits are exceptional in quality with bold, sweet flavors and rich colors. Our all natural drying process is preservative free. Dried pears: Bartlett, Bosc, and Comice. Dried apples: Honey & Spice, Sugar & Spice, and Cayenne Pepper. Dried Bing cherries. 100 percent pear leather. Specialty treats: chocolate-dipped dried pears and cherries. Our pear butter is slow cooked for hours to achieve that old-fashioned flavor. Seasonally fresh fruit. On-site drying kitchen.  U-pick dark sweet Lapin cherries - call ahead early July.
