The Fruit Loop's annual apple celebration highlights the favorite apple of cooks everywhere. The Gravenstein season is early and short and Fruit Loop farms celebrate the harvest with a weekend of relaxed country fun for the whole family. See last year's activities below.

  • Rasmussen Farms
    Family fun including live music, pie walks, and the opening of the popular free Corn Maze. This year's theme is "Jack and the Beanstalk". There will be apples, pie, and a wide selection of fruit, produce, and treats.

    We’re celebrating this season’s bumper crop of beautiful baby alpacas—called crias with an Alpaca Fiesta. The “Name the Alpaca” game and a “cute cria” photo contest are part of the festivities. Shop for special deals at goodness alpaca boutique. Call 541-352-7925 for details.

    Come see the trunk show of hand-knitted garments from the book Fitted Knits by Stefanie Japel. See our newest baby alpacas and learn how alpaca fiber is made into yarn.

  • Apple Valley's Apple Dumpling Days & Country BBQ.
    Stop in for an old fashioned Country BBQ featuring cherry-wood smoked ribs, pulled pork sandwiches or chicken served with our homemade pear coleslaw and apple cider baked beans. Our delectable Apple Dumplings are made with peeled and cored apples, stuffed with sugar and spices, wrapped in flaky pie crust, baked to perfection and topped with our special sauce!
